To Access a Work Request

Commands for performing these tasks are found on the Actions menu. Since work request management practices are company-specific, the commands and their functions will depend on the way the Workflow Manager has been configured.
  1. From the list of work requests in the My Work view, select the work request that you want to open.
  2. From the File menu, point to Open and then click Work Request to open the Work Request Properties dialog box.
  3. Or right-click the work request and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.
  4. Or double-click the work request.
